Privacy
This is a translation. The French version is the legally binding one.

To play, TopoSki collects the bare minimum: no account, no name, no ads, no trackers. To vote, you sign in with your email (a code, no password); if you buy a pass, the same email is used to restore it. Here is everything that is processed, in plain words.
Who processes your data
The data controller is Johan Pujol, publisher of TopoSki (see the legal notice). Contact: confidentialite@toposki.app.

Payment
Passes are sold by [to be completed], our reseller (Merchant of Record): it takes the payment, collects VAT and sends you the invoice. Your card and billing address go straight to it, never to us. It may process them outside the European Union, under its own safeguards: its privacy policy is shown before you pay. We only receive what is listed in the table above.
What TopoSki doesn't do
A single cookie, the sign-in one, set only when you sign in to vote. No trackers, no ads, no data selling. The website's fonts are hosted by us. The “Support” link opens Buy Me a Coffee: nothing is sent before you click, then their policy applies.
Where your data lives
On a server rented from Hostinger International Ltd, in the European Union. No transfer outside the EU, except payment, handled by the reseller (see above).
Your rights
You can access, correct, delete, restrict, object to or export your data. The simplest way: the “Delete my data” button in the game settings. Otherwise, email confidentialite@toposki.app with the identifier shown in the settings. You can also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL: cnil.fr, 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France.
If you are under 15
You can play: TopoSki never asks for your name, age or email. Pick a nickname that doesn't identify you. To buy a pass, ask a parent.
Changes
If this page changes, the date at the top changes too. Any important change will be announced in the game.
